I prioritise account-related issues, for example:
- you signed up and have a problem,
- you can’t log in,
- you have a billing query.
I answer personally and will respond as soon as I see your email.
This will usually be within 12 hours. And no more than 24 hours. Remember, I’m probably not in your time zone. I could also be on a plane.
Forums
For any issues related to the system, I would prefer that you post a question on one of the forums, for example:
- getting set up,
- how it works,
- answering a specific problem you have.
You’re likely to receive a quicker response, as someone who isn’t me might jump in and help. And this way, we all get to learn from each other.
I see every message on the forums within 24 hours. You don’t need to mention me, but if you’d like to, feel free. @johnnydecimal
will ping me on both platforms. (I do not get these notifications on my phone.)
