The Johnny.Decimal system is a methodical way to structure files, emails, notes, or anything else.

Thousands of people have used it to organise their lives for over a decade. It’s simple and it works.

But you’re busy. Why should every business have to figure it out themselves? It’s time for a standard framework.

That’s what we’re building. A standard system with a place for everything. Personally supported by us and backed up by the community. You just have to move in.

The first area is 10-19 Business administration. The categories here could be the foundation of any business, regardless of its product or service.

The first category is 11. It’s all about the business entity and everyone who keeps it going.

For example, the ID 11.11 Structure & registrations is for storing anything to do with your trading structure, business name, or tax registrations.

There’s about 189 IDs here covering everything from:
