There are two starter IDs here that should cover most activities.
We recommend labelling subfolders inside them starting with year-month-day, then a description. This way you can have endless subfolders but they’ll all sort neatly.
For example:
2025-02-28 Barry’s birthday cake and card2025-03-31 World Backup Day celebration lunch2025-04-06 Chen’s farewell

Remember there’s only room for nine IDs here so don’t go crazy. Keep them broad.
