There are two starter IDs here that should cover most events.

We recommend labelling subfolders inside them starting with year-month-day, then a description. This way you can have endless subfolders but they’ll all sort neatly.

For example:

• 2025-06-03 Half-year review session
• 2025-09-06 Weekend offsite and team building event
• 2026-02-10 Annual strategy and planning day

Remember there’s only room for nine IDs here so don’t go crazy. Keep them broad.
