Overview
This is a place to organise internal events. The kind that are primarily work related and are for staff only, where you get together and analyse the business.
There might be a social activity at the end, but itβs just an add-on.
These are not βeveryday meetingsβ. Theyβre events that require some planning and coordination, whether theyβre held on- or off-site.
They probably go for longer and/or you cover topics that broadly affect the business, not day-to-day stuff.
You might also like to record any notes and tips here from a planning and logistics perspective. Anything that will help you organise an event next time around.
Examples
Strategy, planning, and review meetings; or anything else where you formally assess the business as a team.
Exceptions
This is for the organisation of the event itself, not where you work on the documents, spreadsheets, or slides that are discussed, for example:
- if the event is about planning and strategy, you might work in 11.20,
- if the event is about money, you might work in 13.10.
