This is the first of two creative areas.
Itβs a library of the final versions of anything that might be reused in your creative jobs and marketing. One copy of each thing, consistently labelled. Neat and tidy.
For example, when you need your logo come here and βborrowβ it. Donβt search around old folders of brochures youβve made over the years.
The term βlibraryβ was chosen deliberately. Once established, libraries donβt change much. New books are added, but not at the rate they were at the start.
This area precedes 50-59 Portfolio of creative outputs so the two sit together at the βendβ of your system. They are separate worlds, away from daily administration.
This is where you keep creative assets and work on creative jobs. Now we know exactly where this stuff is.
Exceptions
This area is a place to store creative assets for the business itself. If your product or service is related (e.g. youβre a copywriter or graphic designer), your customersβ creative assets sit with their jobs in 30-39.
