Where you work on and store your creative jobs.
Overview
This is where you make things. Or oversee the making of things if you hire someone to do it.
Think of this area like your own creative agency. This is your studio, each thing is a job, and in time we end up with a portfolio of work.
The things you make might be part of a promotional campaign (e.g. a series of ads). You might get some business cards, brochures, or branded items printed. Or maybe you want to design a neon sign for your shop front.
This area follows 40-49 Library of creative inputs so the two sit together at the ‘end’ of your system. They are separate worlds, away from daily administration.
This is where you keep creative assets and work on creative jobs. Now we know exactly where this stuff is.

Note that this area uses non-standard numbering. Over the life of a business, creative jobs can exceed 100. This numbering allows for up to 10,000 jobs. That’s a job every working day for 40 years. Plenty.
Examples
The words and images for websites, social media profiles, and posts; content for newsletters, blogs, and mail-outs; documents like brochures and menus; videos; advertising; business cards and stationery; anything branded like napkins, shopping bags, staff uniforms, or vehicle signage; or anything else that you need to make.
Exceptions
This area is a place to do creative jobs for the business itself. If your product or service is related (e.g. you’re a copywriter or graphic designer), the jobs you do for customers are managed in 30-39.

If the creative job is related to something in another part of the system, put a note in that ID and link back to the job here. For example, you organise:
- vehicle signage designs here and add a note in 12.44,
- a letterhead print run here and add a note in 12.24,
- a custom neon sign here and add a note in 12.14.
